Our corporate history

1995
Hanse Consulting Team GmbH is founded on January 13 with Hartmut Hitgen, Stefan Kleiner and Dr. Kai Warschkow as shareholders. The company specializes on integrated advice for medium-sized companies.

1997
Expansion is accelerated by the formation of the subsidiary HANSE Management Consulting GmbH.
The aforesaid company focuses on restructuring advice for medium-sized companies.

2001
After starting Interim Management activities in 2000 another subsidiary is founded at the end of 2001, namely HANSE Consulting Interim Management GmbH. The objective of the company is to assume management functions for a specific period of time – especially commercial management. Dieter Bohling is appointed as Director in January 2002.

2002
HANSE Consulting opens another office at the beginning of 2002, namely in Düsseldorf.
Dr. Andreas Lau and Jörg-Uwe Münchmeyer becomes the new HANSE Consulting Partner in the Düsseldorf location.

2005
HANSE Consulting celebrates its 10-year anniversary on January 13 as a successful advisor for medium-sized companies.

2007
HANSE Consulting opens another office in Munich on March 1.

2008
Klaus Putschbach and Dr. Thomas von Zubke Thünen become new HANSE Consulting partner in Hamburg and Munich on February 1.

2010
In June the subsidiary specialised in interim management changed its compan name in HANSE Interim Management GmbH (HANSE Interim) or simply HI
Ever since then directing HI's businesses was decisively realized by Sebstian Theobald, Dr. Andreas Lau and Hartmut Hitgen.
